Interpretation Services Now Available at Select Banfield Pet Hospital Locations

Starting today, Banfield Pet Hospital launched a 60-day interpretation services pilot in six of its Southern California-based hospitals, as well as its call center that serves all Banfield clients across the U.S. and Puerto Rico.  

In addition to Spanish translation, available languages include Mandarin, French, Portuguese, Vietnamese, Korean, Creole, Arabic, Russian, among many others. Banfield pilot hospital locations include:

  • Glendale - 308 N Glendale Ave, Glendale, CA
  • Los Angeles Midtown - 4550 W Pico Blvd Suite D304, Los Angeles, CA
  • La Cienega - 330 La Cienega Blvd, Los Angeles, CA
  • Culver City - 10900 W Jefferson Blvd, Culver City, CA
  • Oxnard - 2141 N Rose Ave, Oxnard, CA 93036
  • Bakersfield - 4100 Ming Ave, Bakersfield, CA

As a Banfield client visiting one of these locations, you now have access to over-the-phone interpretation in 350 languages while in the exam room with your veterinary team. In addition, interpretation services are now available through Banfield’s call center, which serves all of its clients across the U.S., Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico.
