Silvia Van Dusen holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from LaVerne University and Master’s in Psychology with emphasis in Industrial Psychology from Walden University. She has over 20 years in senior level roles in Human Resources. She recently established her own consulting practice and also works as a consultant for TracksGlobal. During the last 25 years, Silvia has had responsibility over Human Resources, Payroll, Legal, Risk, Health, Safety, and Environmental. She is known as a leader who can lead individuals and teams to extraordinary results.
Silvia is focusing her HR Consulting career in helping organization to set strategic HR direction, manage talent, merger & acquisition planning /execution, and executive coaching.
Silvia has a passion for healthy living and philanthropy. In addition to her business accomplishments, Silvia has raised a family with four children and has been a contributor to the community. She most recently accepted the role of President for Palos Verdes Women’s Club. Her charity work has included being a business mentor for emancipated foster children, Board Member at Friendship Shelter in Laguna Beach, and various athletic community organizations.
