If you seek to be your most authentic self and thrive to be purposeful in everything you do and how you do it – you will soon realize that the success and significance you are looking to reach is in your hands only.

This doesn’t mean that you will operate in isolation. You will always need others to help you get where you want to go. But you will always need to make your own decisions, act on them and be accountable for the results. Too many people waste time being what others want them to be – rather than what they seek to be themselves. If you fall into this trap, you will never reach your goals or find your own significance and purpose. Only you can course-correct your career path, the people you decide to associate with, and the goals you set for yourself.
