When you stop thinking, you are on the path of becoming unproductive and complacent.

You stop taking the lead on your assigned tasks and lose your desire to inspire others to follow you. In fact, you begin to follow more than lead and your attitude becomes more noticeably distant. Instead of taking initiative, you become disconnected with other people. You lose your mental toughness and your presence becomes more of a distraction as your attitude begins to bring the team down.
