Rosalva (Rosie) Armendariz is the Manager, Clinical Recruitment at City of Hope, a leading research and treatment center for cancer, diabetes and other life-threatening diseases. Prior to joining City of Hope in 2007, Rosie worked at USC Norris Cancer Center and University Hospitals Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. With more than 17 years of human resources and recruitment experience, Rosie often draws upon her secret weapon: an unparalleled network of contacts and resources – and enjoys the challenge of finding just the right person for the job.

Rosie is an active member of the Latinos 4 Hope diversity and inclusion group at City of Hope and also oversees the administration of the Duarte High School Regional Occupation Program. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration/human resources. In her free time, Rosie enjoys dancing and spending time with her family.
