Cristina is a New York-based Registered Dietitian, President of Nutrition In Motion PC and a New York State certified Dietitian-Nutritionist (CDN). She is also a Board Certified Sports Nutritionist certified as a Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD) and has worked with various college and high school sports teams to design specific meal plans for athletes during training season and competition days as well as for the off season. In addition, she has served as a consulting Sports Nutritionist for New York University, Molloy College and is listed in the United States Olympic Committee Sports Dietitian Registry. She is also a consultant to the food and beverage industry including The Coca-Cola Company.

Cristina holds a bachelor of science degree in clinical psychology and completed a masters of science degree in clinical nutrition from New York University. Cristina’s philosophy of using food to fuel one’s body for peak performance is not only what she preaches to clients, but practices herself on a daily basis. As a trained dancer for over fifteen years, Cristina is currently an active marathon runner and a recreational boxer.
